これは, 修正した後にリモートリポジトリのタグのつけかえをするのが嫌なので,
upload された後にタグ付けするようにしています.

なるほど, 更新しました. これに伴ない, upstream tag のつけかえをすること
になってしまいました. お手元のリポジトリは消して, clone しなおして下さい.
