Thanks for the reply.  Should I remove the source for the as packages 
when adding the new source for the cm packages before doing the apt-get 
update && apt-get dist-upgrade?  Or should I have them both in my apt 
sources, and only remove the source of the as packages once the upgrade 
is complete?
