Hi The new qt packages doesn't help. So I ask this question again: Why don't you use the official Qt packages from Sid? The Version is already 3.2.3 instead of 3.2.1 used from Andreas Schultz, so I ask me where is the Problem? The only thing you have to do is to compile the KDE stuff against the official Qt Package. So it is usable for all users of your packages and nothing will be broken because the KDE-CVS packages are based on a official SID and your packages are the only "unofficial" Installation till KDE 3.2 is officially in SID. The experimental Xfree86 4.3.0 are announced to go into SID in the next Days.
