he hasn't complaint either, and a few more mails a day are unlikely to kill 
him.

Splitting the list is a bad idea IHMO. It is already difficult enough to get 
decent and up-to-date information on the status of the various kde-cvs 
builds. Adding yet another list would only to confuse people ever more.
If the list does indeed generate to much traffic, then it should be moved to a 
new home not splitt in two.

There is already a debian-kde-cvs wiki 
(http://wiki.debian.net/index.cgi?DebianKDE). This could certainly be used a 
gathering place.
