New official debian dirs for 3.2

Hello,

Christian, it would be grate if you use up-to-date debian directories (worked 
on by official Debian KDE developer for KDE 3.2) for your kde CVS packages. 
They are available here (ViewCVS):

As of writting, it seems that debian dirs for arts, kdelibs, kdebase and 
kdeadmin are available. We could catch packaging bugs before 3.2 gets 
uploaded officially to unstable/experimental. Personnaly, I'm keen on testing 
the rewritten menu method :)
