Muesli mirror update

Hello,

Due the large use of debian packages kde cvs packages I was forced to
changen the location.

The packages will now be available on the server that also hosts
security.debian.org and many other distro's (also on this university)

so change your deb lines to:
deb http://ftp.snt.utwente.nl/pub/software/kde-unstable-debian/kde_head/
unstable/
Or
deb ftp://ftp.snt.utwente.nl/pub/software/kde-unstable-debian/kde_head/
unstable/

To give you an impression, this month total outgoing traffic of 234GB

The rs.fuzz.nl will be available for one week or so.
