no, there's no libqt on my repository, since i'm using debian's standard one.
but be sure that you got the new url of the apt-rep. it has changed from 
rs.fuzz.nl to

deb http://ftp.snt.utwente.nl/pub/software/kde-unstable-debian/kde_head/ 
unstable/
