I'm temporarily on a dialup connection so I haven't been able to run the 
update yet, but I have new muesli packages showing as available and they 
are 3.2.1.

Try it again and then hit it with a hammer if it doesn't work?

I suppose there might be a cache issue or dselect wanting to use the 
debian unstable repository for some reason? Sorry to be so vague but I 
use synaptic.
