El Domingo, 11 de Abril de 2004 13:05, Mat=EDas Costa escribi=F3: > Is there any reason for kopete depending on xmms? if so, for what? Well, I answer miself. I just made: $ cd /var/cache/apt/archives/ $ mkdir tmp $ mkdir tmp/DEBIAN $ dpkg --extract kopete_4%3a3.2.1-99+cm20040312_i386.deb tmp/ $ dpkg --control kopete_4%3a3.2.1-99+cm20040312_i386.deb tmp/DEBIAN/ I edited tmp/DEBIAN/control and removed xmms dependency and renamed the=20 version from cm to mcc $ dpkg -b tmp kopete.deb $ dpkg -i kopete.deb $ rm -rf tmp And works perfectly, I don't have any media plugin, and the unique that may= =20 use xmms is the "Listening to" plugin. And now I can uninstall xmms, (I use= =20 amarok) and some libraries. I think should be better to "suggest" or=20 "recomend" xmms. PD: someone uses or knows someone who uses the "Listening to" plugin? > _______________________________________________ > debian-kde-cvs mailing list > [email protected] > http://opendoorsoftware.com/mailman/listinfo/debian-kde-cvs
