Duplicate actions ¿again?

I remember, time ago, kde snapshots showed duplicate actions in menus,=20
toolbars and some menu were totally screwed. I compiled kdelibs 3.2.90 aka=
=20
kde 3.3alpha1 aka kindergarten and I found the same behaviour.

I think there was a point when this was solved in cm packages. =BFwas this =
an=20
upstream bug or packaging bug? =BFany ideas?

PD: =BFis there other list? or =BFeverything goes fine? or =BFthere is not =

here?
