Save yourself some trouble.  With hard drives as cheap as they are 
(under $60 US for a 40GB 7200RPM drive), why not just go for a second 
drive? You could then easily put a FAT32 partition on it for use by both 
OSes.  Using something like GAGBoot: http://GAG.SourceForge.net makes 
management easy -- and fun!
