[PATCH/ADDON] update-menus for KDE 3.2 (integrate Debian-Submenu into K-Menu)

Hi,

attached is the program update-menus-knoppix, which changes the 
debian-structure so that it integrates nicely into the K-Menu-Tree.

It also "fixes" many missing icons and even adds GenericNames (longtitle menu 
field) and localisation of categories.

Run it as root after you have run update-menus in the same dir as 
section_icons. (Perhaps this file could be integrated, too)

The only thing you need to do after that is to 
change /etc/xdg/menus/applications.menu to:

<Menu>
+        <MergeFile>debian-menu.menu</MergeFile>
        <Name>KDE</Name>
