This is the problem! The CD is fixed size and everyting else gets bigger (and
better?).

Dynabolic has an idea--a nesting file on the user's computer. They use it to
save various setup options but why not take this a step further: Allow users
to install programs that are crowded off the CD.

This would take a partition which would mount to /usr/local (or to the user's
"home" for installation such as from "klik"). For the 1st idea, knapt-get
could be provided to install to /usr/local--hey, one might even compile
stuff! For the 2nd idea, everything would work through "klik"!
