Segmentation fault when autodetecting SCSI

I have a usb2 hard disk.

Booting with knoppix26, i get:
   Welcome to the KNOPPIX live linux-on-CD!
     Probing SCSI... megaraid.o     Segmentation fault
     Probing SCSI... a100u2w.o

booting with expert26, when i have to add module, i have added 
usb-ehci.o, then it shows:
     Found IDE-SOFTRAID devices handled by megaraid.o
and then, knoppix loads and usb2 disk work well.

There is any way to correct this? or to load specificaly that module at 
start?
