boot floppies for 3.4?

Hi,
having checked the FAQs and HOWTOs on the net, I get the impression that
the only way to create KNOPPIX boot floppies for 3.4 is if you already
got a running KNOPPIX or Linux.
Is that right or is there some way of doing that if you only have
Windows?
