xsession-knoppix lingering after install

hello!

it seems that the 3.4 knoppix-installer debian mode leaves 45xsession 
hanging around, which messes up sessions run from display managers like 
gdm. i think the xsession-knoppix package should be apt-get removed 
when installing in debian mode.
