qemu emulates a computer and allows you to boot up the
iso image without repartitioning/installing to the
hard drive.  I've used qemu in Linux, but there is a
windows version.  More info here:

I assume this would allow you to boot the iso image
that is stored on the ntfs partition.  I've used it to
take a look at live CD's like Knoppix or Mepis that
are stored on my hard drive without burning a CD.
