Firewalls

Is anyone using a Firewall from their knoppix cd ? In my previous knoppix
incarnation I used Shorewall, but this was installed using apt. In addition
knoppix was on the Hard Drive. I am dialing into the net and masquerading to
other pc's. Knoppix is in the cd, with a persistent home. Any suggestions ?
