FPC packages for m68k

Dear All,

I'm FPC maintainer and I broke FPC build due to a bug in upload 3.2.2-30.
I've fixed this in 3.2.2-31 and uploaded to all architectures except m68k.
I've tried a direct upload but this was reject. I've kept binaries in
sftp://mitchy.debian.net/home/mazen where they should be readable and from where
you can upload them manually.

I hope this is not too much extra work for you and sorry for inconvenience.
