OK,
after read and follow http://wiki.debian.org/wl#wheezy
wl.ko showed in lsmod, but nothing happened in iwconfig (unfortunately)

NOTE: just after installing  "fresh" wheezy, before trying anything
else, 

iwconfig showed 'wlan0' among eth0, but now . . .
root@wheezy:/home/mac# iwconfig
lo        no wireless extensions.

eth0      no wireless extensions.
