3G Modem AT&T (Globetrotter HSUPA Modem)

Dear friends,

I'm trying to use this modem with squeeze (amd64)
dmesg:
New USB device found, idVendor=0af0, idProduct=7a05usb 1-6: New USB device strings: Mfr=2, Product=1, SerialNumber=0Product: Globetrotter HSUPA Modemusb 1-6: Manufacturer: Option N.V.
I found informations on:

But after to run
ozerocdoff -i 0x7a05modprobe hso

I  can't see the devices /dev/ttyHS0 !
Could anyone give some suggestions?

Dear friends,

I tried to install for the first time the Debian 6.0 AMD64 in a machine with:

HD SATA Seagate model ST3500418AS 
Motherboard Gigabyte (GA-M61PM-S2) for AMD soquet AM2,

processor AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4000+ (2000 MHz) 
Video nVidia GeForce 8400 GS


But after install the basic system appear on the bottom the message

PANIC: early exception 0e rip 10: ffffffff812e8bfc error 0 cr2 ffff880001003ff0

What can I do?
