gcc-4.9 is uploaded to experimental, asking the porters to watch for build
failures and corresponding patches. See

These are already fixed in the vcs.

 - fixed the gospec.c ftbfs on archs without ld.gold
 - fixed the g++ b-d on armel/armhf
