I installed Debian stretch amd64 on a vaio laptop in order to have a recent
version of python-scipy (18 here, while 14 in jessie) for autodock-related
studies. While in jessie MGLTools-latest is fully working (on a i7
desktop), in my stretch installation the windows open, modules are loaded,
but hang saying "wait please 100%"

the terminal outputs are identical to the fully working adt and pmv on the
desktop

francesco@vaio64:~/Desktop$ adt
Run ADT from /opt/MGLTools-latest/MGLToolsPckgs/AutoDockTools
MSMSLIB 1.4.4 started on vaio64
Copyright M.F. Sanner (March 2000)
Compilation flags

francesco@vaio64:~/Desktop$ which pmv
/opt/MGLTools-latest/bin/pmv
francesco@vaio64:~/Desktop$ pmv
Run PMV from /opt/MGLTools-latest/MGLToolsPckgs/Pmv
MSMSLIB 1.4.4 started on vaio64

then I came across

Severity: *grave*

Found in version mgltools-pmv/1.5.7-1

Is my problem related to that?

thanks
