Re: optimize.py issues with stretch and jessie

Hi Lennart:
I  solved the problem of importing python module scipy.optimize by
installing Anaconda2. That worked with the drug-hunting software with both
debian8 and debian9. I was short of time and, most importantly, probably
incapable of understanding why debian python did not work. Of course those
(and other errors) arise by merely commanding

python
