Please remove haskell-clash-ghc from armhf, to allow the package to
migrate to testing and the Haskell transition to complete (see #1123928).

This package FTBFS on armhf because the gold linker runs out of memory.
In the future we plan to update GHC to use the LLD linker on amrhf.
