Bug#1060766: dumpasn1: FTBFS with stack-clash-protection on armhf due to valgrind segfault

This has been filled more than 2 years ago. The workaround specified in
the bug is still applicable and will fix the build on the armhf. Would
it be possible for someone to fix the issue?
