AFAIK, this didn't happen. I have been spending a bunch of time rebasing
kfreebsd
patches for llvm-toolchain-{8,9,snapshot}.
Also, llvm-toolchain-8 never built on kfreebsd

I am ok to keep them if there are some work on the llvm & clang to see
them upstreamed but
i am wondering if we should not disable them.
