ufsutils: please build on nōn-kFreeBSD archite ctures

Hi,

I’m finding myself, occasionally, in the need to troubleshoot a BSD
installation from those GNU/Linux rescue systems available from server
hosters. I find that ufsutils:i386 (= 8.2-4), the last version that
was not specific to kFreeBSD, works fine for this.

So please add this package back to the main archive for all arches.
