No `hurd-i386` and `hurd-amd64` variants of `crossbuild-essential-*`.

Hello!

I found that Debian lacks `hurd-i386` and `hurd-amd64` variants of 
`crossbuild-essential-*`[1]. I wonder whether this is intentional, or we 
can just add these two.
