Bug#1109723: crosshurd: hurd.img should not be included in packge source

Dear Maintainer,

As I was downloading the source file I noted that the tar.xz file was
251 MB. This is because the source includes a hurd.img file 4.9 GB.
I presume such file should not part of the package source.
