It's a long-recurring issue: as long as the git testsuite is not
fixed, whenever a newer git upstream is uploaded to unstable, there
comes a conflict between the git binary and its manpage. You can fetch
the git-man package version corresponding to the git version from
snapshot.debian.org

Whenever somebody fixes the last issue of the git testsuite, the problem
will go away.
