Hi,

For historical reasons yubikey-personalization uses libusb 0.1 on
hurd-i386 and libusb 1.0 on other architectures. Please switch to libusb
1.0 on all architectures, so that we can eventually remove libusb 0.1.
The support should be equivalent, as shown with the hurd-amd64 build.

The patch below does that:
