I can see you are running on 32 bit kernel but is this a real or virtual 
machine ? Also, please, can you post the complete boot log ?

I have upgraded my 'sid' virtual machines to this evening's latest and 
it boots normally using e1000 network interface on 32 and 64 bit. The 
principle change in this version of netdde is linkage against code which 
performs an IRQ/GSI translation using the information supplied by the ACPI.
