The patch looks wrong. You=E2=80=99re commenting out the if-branch that
completly disables inclusion of those folders.

Either you can remove the .if =E2=80=A6 .endif (if that=E2=80=99s not neede=
d), or
the patch is wrong.

There=E2=80=99s a comment above that part:
