It's an issue for mips64el firefox/thunderbird users (if any), but it shouldn't 
block us because the status quo will be in a similar situation (unsupported 
ff/tb versions). However it's not something I can solve (at least not with 
reasonable effort). But if a mips porter wants to provide a bootstrap tarball I 
could include it to get rustc-web built there.
