Rebuild postgis 2.1.4+dfsg-3 with DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=nocheck

Hi mipsel porters,

The postgis build failure on mipsel currently prevents migration to testing.

Is it possible for you to rebuild postgis with DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=nocheck?

This would bypass the testsuite which known to fail on mipsel.
