Yeah, I just spotted that. With hindsight, approximately nothing is
going to build successfully with build-indep until its maintainer has
tested it, so I should have continued to do source+all uploads for NMUs.

I still have the binaries I built to confirm that protobuf still gets
-O2 on amd64, so I'll upload my own libprotobuf-java_2.6.1-1.3_all.deb
and hopefully that will sort this out. If not, I'll look into the
build-indep issue.
I don't think many of the rdeps actually need libprotobuf-java, so
hopefully this has already unblocked C++ builds anyway.
