Raising severity as this breaks the AppArmor parser and its testsuite (thus causing
the apparmor package to FTBFS on mips/mipsel).

Reproducing this issue is very simple (g++-5 5.2.1-21):

> minkus% g++ -Wl,-z,now -static-libstdc++ test.cpp
