Please give back package r-bioc-variantannotation 1.16.3-1 on mips.

This package was failing with previous versions of package r-bioc-biostrings 
However new version of package r-bioc-biostrings 	2.38.4-1 is installed for mips (not yet for mips64el)

With this version installed this package does build from source without changes to the source code.
