fortran openmpi on mipsel

Dear mipsel and openmpi developers,

in the build logs for petsc something has gone wrong while checking the
fortran openmpi installation on mipsel.

mips64el has the same build failure. mips has been fine. 
(alpha fails, apparently for a different reason)

A build bug #816101 is filed against petsc,

The openmpi build on mipsel passed, of course. Are there other tests for mpi in fortran on mipsel?
