Another ppc64 image for testing

Hello,

please test the following ppc64 installation image:

> https://cdimage.debian.org/cdimage/ports/tests/ppc64-test-20241022/debian-12.0.0-ppc64-NETINST-1.iso

This fixes the issue with the kernel not booting beyond the initial messages,
but once the installer itself starts, it does not accept any keyboard input
for me in both QEMU and PowerKVM.

No idea yet what the problem is.
