Bug#1033058: Booting mini.iso : kernel hangs on ppc64el

Hello John,

I'll work on this bug. I'll update my findings here in this bug thread. 
Currently, I have checked that on p9 this image is working fine with 
kernel > 6.8. I'll work on p8 issue.
