Can you explain why you require 2.0 (ie. which features) and why 2.1/2.2
will not do for you?

Please note that v2.0 is EOLed by upstream at
https://gnupg.org/download/index.html

One really should not be using EOLed software....

I have heard of valid reasons to stick with 1.4, but not yet for using 2.0
when 2.1/2.2 is available.
