s390x build failure in pyside

Hello,

I just wanted to draw your attention to an s390x build failure that
we reported to upstream:
https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/PYSIDE-1146

Upstream might appreciate a patch. For now we have ignored the test
failure in Debian but clearly this is a core functionality (manipulation
of bytes!) that is broken on s390x and it's not good that way.
