Bug#1010331: src:vkd3d: fails to migrate to testing for too long: FTBFS on s390x

Dear s390x porters,

As a Release Manager, I'm asking your help with the FTBFS of vkd3d on 
s390x. The failure is blocking migration of the key package vkd3d.
