investigating unreproducible autopkgtest failure of atop on s390s

Hi,

atop's autopkgtests fail on s390x:

However, when I manually run the test on zelenka, everything is fine.

I am therefore seeking guidance how to reproduce this or explain to me
what's going wrong here. Can I expect lscpu -p to give meaningful output
in an s390x autopkgtest container?
