Hello,

there are interoperability issues between big endian and little endian
machines when using the H5Z-ZFP plugin, so I disabled building on
big-endian machines for now.

The problem is reported upstream, with an extensive analysis done by me
and Helmut Grohne, at: https://github.com/LLNL/H5Z-ZFP/issues/100
