Hi,

While I agree that conversion of a 'debian/copyright' file to DEP-5 is out of
scope of an NMU, the majority of uploads (may I say all others through
mentors) really should be machine readable as laid out in the accepted DEP-
5[1].

As others have their standards and work flows in regards to mentors e.g. some
do not review/sponsor mentors uploads unless they are in git (Salsa), I
choose not to pass to DD for review any package that does not pass basic DEP-
5 compliance testing.
