FAILED dipy/reconst/tests/test_dki.py::test_dki_errors - ValueError: Failed t... = 2 failed, 853 passed, 176 skipped, 44 deselected, 4 warnings in 958.49s (0:15:58) = I'd say the simplest thing is to just skip these two tests on s390x.
