I assume the upstream maintainer is not maintaining pyacoustid any longer.
Seems like the last commit was made in 2023.

The PR https://github.com/beetbox/pyacoustid/pull/88   should fix the bug reported in https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1093700 
I hope the tests can be re-enabled on s390x now.
